Each year, the Southwest Florida Reading Festival gets better and better, and this year promises to be the best one yet! After all, the free family-friendly event is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year on Saturday, March 2, in downtown Fort Myers.
Regarded as the largest one-day reading festival in Florida, the event will feature a lineup of nationally acclaimed adult, teen and children authors, along with the new addition of audiobook narrators this year.
Enjoy multiple stages with celebrity authors who share the “inside scoop” about their latest books and what makes a story idea click for them. Each author appearance will be followed by an autograph session.
There will also be an abundance of children’s activities to help ignite a life-long love of reading. As in past years, each child will have the opportunity to leave with a free book.
