1. I recently met Beverly on the sands of Oceans Reach in December of last year, 2019. I had seen her a few times before on my earlier trips to Sanibel and we always just nodded to one another in passing and showed each other our finds of the day in a casual manner, but this time we spent more time getting acquainted. We walked along the beach and she helped me identify a shell I had not found before, the Atlantic Wing Oyster. She was a wealth of knowledge and was very excited for my new find. She told me she’d be back God willing and I told her I hoped to see her again next year, 2020. It’s a treat to see her collection.
