After more than 20 years of holding cooking classes at The Timbers, the Jacaranda and now the Sanibel Community House, renowned chef Loretta Paganini is headed back to the island for a week-long series of classes January 27 – 31, 2020.
First step, grab a copy of her book, “My Sanibel Kitchen” featuring some of her favorite recipes, chef tips and island anecdotes from what she calls her “personal journey of 20 years of cooking in the sun with friends.”
Then take a look at her class descriptions below and select your favorite(s)! The price is $95 per person per 3-hour class. Each take place from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the Sanibel Community House, located at 2173 Periwinkle Way.
