Cirque du Soleil’s fan favorite Corteo will soon be making its Southwest Florida debut! The limited engagement will run July 17 – 21 at the Hertz Arena in nearby Estero.
Corteo, which means “cortege” in Italian, is a joyous procession, a festive parade imagined by a clown. The show reflects “a theatrical world of comedy and spontaneity situated in a mysterious space between heaven and earth. Corteo reveals the strength and fragility of a clown, as well as his wisdom and kindness, to illustrate the portion of humanity that is within each of us.”
Sixteen of Cirque du Soleil’s most popular acts make up the show, including Bouncing Beds, Chandeliers, Toumik, Duo-Straps and more.
