The Dunes Golf Club has rolled out the “greens” carpet for all golfers!
After a summer closure, the course has reopened with new greens of TifEagle Certified Bermuda grass, setting a premium standard for Sanibel playability, putting speed and overall consistency.
We dispatched our resident golfer, Andy, to test his performance on the front and back nines.
His reaction: “What a difference! A true roll! The 9th hole waste bunker has now become a much smaller sand trap and I personally can say, ‘thank goodness!’ The patchy grass is just now taking hold where the waste bunker was.”
