Pet lover alert! Find Your Pawradise may soon become one of your favorite online retailers!
The company is the concept of Liza Clouse and Trasi Sharp, owners of Over Easy Cafe and Island Paws on Sanibel Island. Both Clouse and Sharp are avid dog lovers and owners of three lovable pups.
“We’ve been working on our concept for close to a year,” Clouse said. “Knowing the passion our customers have for visiting or living on Sanibel, and their love of dogs – we’re a pet-friendly restaurant and retailer – the play on words hit us one day and seemed like a natural combination that would put a smile on people’s faces. You know, finding your bliss, whatever that may be.”
“Our long term goal is to create a variety of different ‘pawradise’ scenes for our lead dog – Rayne – to star in via illustrations. Whether that’s digging on the beach, riding a surfboard or downhill skiing, every dog-lover’s got their idea of the ‘perfect pawradise,'” Sharp said.
Five percent of all proceeds from sales of Find Your Pawradise merchandise will be donated to pet transport charities that help save injured animals or help connect service dogs to military personnel, the elderly and others who otherwise could not afford the transportation.
