All are invited to celebrate the start of spring with a special Spring Equinox Meditation on March 20 at 10:30 a.m.
Led by Tamara Joffe, healthy living coach and yoga-meditation teacher, the event will be held at R.S. Walsh Landscaping “In the Garden” at 3889 Sanibel-Captiva Road on Sanibel.
There will be a short introduction to meditation and a moving meditation walk on the grounds.
Participants will experience a guided meditation focused on gratitude to ground them and help them feel relaxed and present. Afterward, leisurely stroll the garden with mindfulness and a deeper sense of connection to the cycles of life.
The event will be held at R.S. Walsh Landscaping “In the Garden” at 3889 Sanibel-Captiva Road. No experience necessary. There is no entry fee, but participants can make a donation to to benefit the Captiva Island Historical Society, the garden’s benefiting non-profit for the month of March.
