Longtime guest Susan M. from Tulsa, OK was quite literally shaking with joy when she came to show us her huuuge beach finds!
She found these two horse conchs right out in front of Ocean’s Reach!
The horse conch is the largest gastropod in the Gulf of Mexico and also the official state shell of Florida. Believe it or not, it can actually grow up to 24 inches long and weigh over 11 pounds!
