The Sanibel Recreation Center is once again offering Swim Gym on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30 to 7 p.m.
The water-based fitness program, which is similar to the U.S. Masters swimming program, is open to individuals 18 years and older who are looking to improve their fitness through swimming.
Structured workouts offer training assistance, along with stroke and technique instruction.
The program is designed to help swimmers improve fitness, train for specific goals and offer active support for a healthy lifestyle.
The fee for the program is $33 for members and $44 for non-members per month.
