We couldn’t be more pleased to have many of our winter guests spend multiple weeks on the beach with us. Ocean’s Reach is “home” for snowbirds and empty nesters from the Northeast and Midwest escaping the brisk winter months between December and April.
Frequently these guests will drive south with their cars loaded with personal items, beach toys, and even kayaks. They want their crockpot and favorite skillet in the kitchen, and those “dying to catch up on” books and DVDs for entertainment. And many times, they want to play in the Gulf of Mexico with their own motorcraft.
It’s so easy to launch your canoe, kayak or paddleboard off our beach. Lean to the left and head toward the Sanibel Lighthouse. Lean to the right and paddle toward Bowman’s Beach. Just remember to save your energy for the trip back home. And when you return, we’ll even provide a safe and convenient place to store it on our property.
Your Ocean’s Reach condo is fully stocked, and we are happy to help arrange for kayak and paddleboard rentals, but if you’d like to “bring your own,” please do! Ocean’s Reach is truly your home away from home!
