Kiwanis Past President Eric Pfeifer is a veteran at serving up meatballs!
For almost 40 years, the annual Kiwanis Spaghetti Dinner has been one of Sanibel’s favorite events.
This year’s event — to be held on Saturday, Feb. 25 from 4 to 8 pm — will be the first to be held at the newly-renovated Sanibel Community House.
Guests enjoy all-you-can-eat pasta, meatballs, Kiwanis’ secret spaghetti sauce, salad, bread, and wine or soda, plus a chance to rub elbows with your favorite Sanibellians. Following dinner, there will be music, dancing, desserts, raffle prizes and a silent and live auction.
Admission to the spaghetti dinner is $8 per person in advance (available at the Bank of the Islands) or $9 at the door; children age 10 and under are free.
All the fun is for a good cause, with funds raised from the dinner used to fund island youth recreation and education activities, including its scholarship program.
Be sure to say hello to Andy and the gang and get ready for some spaghetti!!
