• Smart Efficiency: All condos feature ENERGY STAR® appliances, high-efficiency smart thermostats, and advanced air filters for cleaner, cooler air. 
• Clean & Green: We use only "Green Seal" certified cleaning products and EPA-approved organic fertilizers for our landscaping. 
• Charged Up: Driving electric? We feature two new BreezEV supercharging stations, capable of fast-charging up to four vehicles at once.

Live Like a Local: How You Can Help

We invite you to join us in keeping Sanibel pristine. Here are a few easy ways to leave a lighter footprint during your stay: 

• Ditch the Plastic: Help us keep our beaches beautiful by skipping single-use plastics. We recommend bringing a reusable water bottle to the beach and using cloth bags for your grocery runs. 
• Recycle with Ease: We’ve made it simple. You can co-mingle your recyclables (glass, plastic, paper) and drop them in the bins next to the tennis court. 
• Power Down: When you head out to the beach, please flip off the lights, TVs, and fans. 
• Explore on Two Wheels: Sanibel is world-famous for its bike paths. Skip the car and rent a bike—it’s the best way to see the island! 
• Keep it Cool: To keep the humidity out and the cool air in, please keep doors and windows closed when the A/C is running.
