Paradise is the habitat for everlasting happiness. Does such a place exist on earth in the here and now or is it just an offspring of imagination? I would answer that question with a resounding yes! It is not the product of fantasy. That place here on earth is Sanibel Island.
The mixture of sun, moon, sand and salt forms a base of inspiration for persons of all walks of life. Sanibel touches every soul and can move one to no end. Contemplation and recreation are Sanibel’s favorite pastimes. The ShangriLa of poets, authors, artists and the like, it is also the ultimate “sand box” for children of all ages. The finest memories ride the waves along Sanibel’s shores cradled within the confines of its shells and framed in its glorious sunrises and beautiful sunsets.
There seems to be a connection between its elements and our constitutions, a natural bond forged since the beginning of mankind, a supernatural journey illustrating our creator’s handiwork. The workmanship is often highlighted by a rainbow or the most dramatic of firework displays as a storm approaches in the night. Let’s not forget the silhouette of dolphins at play against the backdrop of a shining sea. His love for all of mankind is expressed within and throughout.
All the elements can be soaked-in, nourishing our bodies and soothing our thoughts. With the attention that Sanibel gives to us, one can only conclude that we are all called to our lives with special meaning, great purpose and value.
No matter the moment, peace and tranquility abounds. It is the common thread woven into every moment and every activity. Sanibel is a place where minds are cleared and senses renewed. Many an uneven complexion is brushed over with the finest in cosmetics: a good, old-fashioned tan. Along with a shoulder to rest on, its’ sun and sea provide heat therapy and cool compresses for all of our aches and pains.

In general, a complete chill out is what I should call it! And such a change gives you plenty of positive and lifts your spirits!
One can never get enough of Sanibel. There is no such thing as, “What time is it?” There is no such thing as, “Too much of a good thing is no good for you.” Most idyllic, Sanibel is our “Paradise Found.”
