The “Smoke on the Island” Hog Roast will be held tonight from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Sanibel Community House, with Resident Chef Jarred Harris preparing the pig pickin’ and sides.
The menu will feature a slow-roasted pig with Chef’s special barbecue sauce, paired with tomato and fresh mozzarella salad, black beans and yucca fries.
Tickets are $18 for adults and $10 for children ages 10 and under.
For an extra $5, guests can enjoy a Love Boat Ice Cream bar and Chef’s homemade sauces. Beer, wine and spirits will also be available for purchase.
