The News-Press recently featured one of our favorite eateries, and we think that the first line of the article tells you a lot about just how special Over Easy Cafe is to so many of their customers.
“At Sanibel’s Over Easy Cafe, people don’t call ahead for seating. They call ahead to reserve their cinnamon rolls.”
Made daily, the cinnamon rolls and their scumptious latticework of frosting pretty much covers an entire plate. The restaurant often run out before noon, hence the call-ahead ordering.
