Andy and Staff:
Once again we had a great time enjoying the time we had with you. Your hospitality exceeds our expectation every year—and this year was no exception. We had not one, not two, but three situations where we needed help with our bike rental with Billy, and each time you were more then willing to involve yourselves in insuring that my wife was well satisfied. That’s exceptional service!
This was also the first year we had the golf privileges available to us at the Dunes. Wonderful, a great addition that we will again take advantage of next year, and I might add, another reason we do not consider going elsewhere for our time in Florida. The Dunes, while providing us reduced rates was a winner in the deal as well. 6 rounds of golf, also brought a friend that paid full price, spent $150 in their Pro Shop, and certainly put some tip money in the pockets of the bag boy staff. I would say winners all around.
