Condo Items and Supplies
Your Ocean’s Reach condo is truly your “home away from home”!
Each unit is fully appointed with all of the items listed on the chart below.
In addition, upon arrival you will receive a “starter pack” of basic supplies, such as paper towels, bathroom tissue, garbage bags, dish soap, dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent. Should you run out of these supplies anytime during your visit, please come to the office for replenishments. We’re pleased to provide these items to our guests on a complimentary basis.
Each condo is equipped with its own washer and dryer. We ask that you join us in our water conservation efforts and re-use linens and towels as you would at home. For guests staying longer than one week, linen/towel exchange is available through Guest Services every seven (7) days of your stay.
As all of our condos are privately-owned vacation homes, the size and style of televisions, appliances and kitchenware may vary among units.
Your rental unit will come with beach chairs. Beach umbrellas and beach towels are available to rent through Guest Services.
A comprehensive list of the home-away-from-home items you can expect to find in your condo follows below. Please note that your rental will provide basically everything you’ll need for your stay, with the exception of personal sundries (you’ll need to bring your own toiletries, shampoo, etc.), groceries and refreshments.
