Sanibel Island Condo Rates
A stay at Ocean’s Reach is wonderful any time of the year!
During our "high-season" we ask for a Saturday arrival date and Saturday departure for all reservations – January through April. As with our “off-season” spring, summer and fall months, we can accommodate more flexible travel patterns and welcome reservation requests for a four (4) night minimum stay or longer. Certain holidays require longer lengths of stay, and some units may have additional owner restrictions. All reservations are subject to availability.
Prior to placing your reservation, please be sure to review our Reservation Policies, as well as our Important Info for Guests and Pool Rules, to ensure that your party has a safe and enjoyable visit.

* From August through October, we offer our lowest rates of the year, as this is the timeframe we tend to annual maintenance projects and owners are allowed to do renovation work on their individual units. Our rates are discounted to reflect the possibility of work being done during this timeframe.
** For the summer months of 2026 many units are allowing nightly stays with a 4-night minimum. Nightly rates are reflected above.
*** In order to accommodate different 2026 holiday travel patterns, we are relaxing our Saturday-to-Saturday night rental requirement. We still require a seven (7) night minimum stay, but from December 20, 2026 – January 2, 2027, you may arrive and depart on the days that best fit your family’s needs. The rates above do not include our $50 processing fee, $55 damage waiver or the 11.5% state and local taxes, . All rates are subject to change without notice.
