This condo is beautifully decorated in all shades of blue/turquoise and the view is spectacular. The condo looked exactly like the online pictures!! Just a few steps from the beach and gulf waters. Ocean's Reach maintains everything wonderfully and is attentive to all details to make your stay the best on the island. Cleanliness is a top priority for me and I felt like I was in the comfort of my own home. I would give this condo a 10+++ !~!

We love this Condo Community. We’ve stayed here 5 times in the last 20 years ion our frequent visits to Sanibel. OR’s rebound from Ian is amazing.
Unit 14B is a basic condo. The grounds are beautiful. Perfectly clean and updated. But, No owner extras. No Keurig but an acceptable coffee maker. An air fryer would be nice. “Fitted” sheets could use updating so they stay fitted. The noseeums island-wide problem is serious. The natural bug repellents did not work at all. DEET products a bit. Picaridin-based products worked best but certainly not perfect. The lanai screens do not work. Keep glass doors shut and ceiling fans on.

This was the first time my wife and I have visited Sanibel Island. The island is still recovering from Hurricane Ian, and Ocean's Reach has just re-opened, with all the units fully renovated. Ocean's Reach was recommended to us by a friend who has stayed there for many years prior to Ian, and it lived up to his description. Clean, comfortable, convenient to the beach, and very easy to check in and out. We will look here first next time we come to Sanibel.

Oceans Reach is a terrific place. All condos are essentially on the beach with great views; the staff are wonderful; our condo was on the 4th floor. It was nicely renovated. We have been going to oceans reach since around 2008, spending a week or two most winters. They have almost fully recovered from recent hurricanes and are clearly ahead of other places along the West side of Sanibel Island. We plan to return next year.
