Perfect Oceanside Condo with all the desired amenities needed for relaxation on the island of Sanibel. No need to go further for the best in the area. The pool is at a comfort level for wonderful swimming and sunning. The beach offers plenty of shelling. Restaurants are delicious and of varying cuisines. No need to leave the area. We will return!

We have been to Sanibel many times over decades - and we have stayed in several different places. But since we found Ocean’s Reach, specifically 1C1, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

We love that we can walk right out onto the beach from the porch- it makes it feel like it’s our front yard! This year, a new walkway was added, just for us, lol! We thoroughly enjoyed watching the birds and other wildlife in the gardens. This condo is also very convenient to bring things in from the parking lot. We have everything we need in 1C1 and we love Ocean’s Reach with so many lovely amenities!

We love it so much that we have already booked our stay for next year and we can’t wait to be back! ☀️

The condo was in the perfect location, but was missing a couple key things which would have made the stay that much better. Every condo should come with salt & pepper, that’s just basic. The other item which would have made our stay more comfortable is a hook on the wall by the shower to hang your towel. The unit is small but it is beautifully decorated.

Regarding the salt and pepper, we completely understand the convenience, but state ordinances don’t allow us to leave any opened food items in the units. We truly appreciate you mentioning it, though. Your suggestion about adding a towel hook near the shower is a great one, and we’ll be sure to pass it along to the owner for consideration. This was our first visit to Oceans Reach. The condo was wonderful. Very clean and well-stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the recliner was very relaxing. The first floor made it a quick walk to the beach and pool. The staff was very friendly. We will be back again.

Beautifully furnished condo and only steps from the pool and beach. Very peaceful and close to lots of restaurants. Grilling area was perfect for a few dinners at the condo.

We just returned from our picture perfect vacation at Ocean’s Reach after the hurricanes. We didn’t know what we would find, but we were thrilled to see the amazing progress all over the island. Ocean’s Reach has been completely refurbished and is better than ever. The feeling of calm and utter relaxation that came over us, and stayed with us for the whole time, was magical. There’s just no place like it! We feel so lucky to have Ocean’s Reach back and already scheduled our next trip! ❤️
