Newly Renovated UNIT 1C3: Oh-so-sunny and bright, this two-bedroom unit promises a cheery and comfy stay for the whole family!

The large dining area and island kitchen makes meal prep easy, and generous seating in the living area adds for plenty of relaxation. Both bedrooms feature soothing blue hues for peaceful sleep. Marble in the bathrooms add a pinch of luxury. Flat screen TVs featured in all rooms. In-room safe. King bed in master bedroom; two twin beds in guest bedroom; queen-sized sleeper sofa in living area. Maximum occupancy: 6 people. Flexible scheduling with just a 4-night minimum between May and Mid December (excluding holidays).

Third-floor location overlooks a small park-like setting and the beach just steps away. What more could you ask?

Great location and accommodations

The condo is great and right on the beach. All new furniture and appliances. Clean and has everything you need. Heated pool made it nice since it was a bit cool the first week.

Ocean’s Reach and Sanibel are recovering well!

We enjoyed a much-anticipated return visit to Ocean’s Reach following the destruction from the hurricanes. Although the trees and other vegetation are still growing and recovering, it was remarkably clean and beautiful throughout the island and resort. We enjoyed many of our favorite restaurants and some new ones, and look forward to our next visit.
