We loved staying at Ocean’s Reach, unit 1D1. The property description was accurate and the unit and grounds were super clean and very well maintained. The location was absolutely perfect! The manager was helpful and answered all of my questions. The amenities in the area were great and we really enjoyed eating at Doc Ford’s and Wickies. You must try The Shack‘s amazing frozen custard - it’s out of this world! I would definitely recommend staying in this lovely unit.

We had stayed in the unit for many years prior to Hurricane Ian. The rebuild including top notch appliances, cabinetry, furnishings and textiles all were lovely. There was a definite beach feel to the decor but very tastefully done.

We were placed in a first floor unit, so we were within a few feet of the Gulf beach. The shelling was excellent in this location. And the green space was inviting, with an osprey nest occupied and various amenities in the process of construction and placement. The location on San Ybel and close to Tarpon Bay Road is ideal for West Gulf Drive occupants. The unit was very nice, maybe smaller than we like, but serviceable.. Office staff and maintenance were outstanding. Parking was very convenient. And the recently planted foliage showed a lot of attention to make the ambience attractive. As first time renters at OR we were very pleased, and would recommend this rental complex without reseervation.
