This Ocean's Reach condo is tastefully decorated with everything needed for the perfect beach getaway. It was a comfortable and pleasant place to stay. The views from the lanai were amazing! OR staff were great to work with from the time we made the reservation to our checkout day.

Overall, an excellent experience! The condo was very clean. It was quiet and well sealed around the windows and doors. It was not humid in the condo so the AC worked pretty well. The reclining chair did not work despite being plugged in just a note. And one thing I would be completely aware of, is the assigned parking spot is insanely small. I have a full-size minivan and I was not able to park in the parking spot without hitting my side view mirrors just about so if you were in an SUV or a bigger vehicle that does not have sliding doors. You will have a very tough time in that spot Because you have to park between a wall and a column. I consistently had to stay about 5 feet out of the parking spot in order to get in our vehicle because the column blocked our door so we couldn’t get in and out. This was the most inconvenient part of the trip, but did not take away from the overall experience. We really truly had a wonderful time. I consistently saw maintenance staff around the property. The property appeared to be well taken care of, and the elevator was clean and nice. It was a straight walk to the beach and there was a storage unit downstairs that was convenient. We had our own wagon so we loaded it up. A wagon was not provided in the storage unit just so you know again a wonderful experience overall. Will stay again.

Condo was very clean with everything we needed. Corner unit has a wonderful beach view. I would definitely stay here again. It was nice to see the island up and running again.

We love staying at Oceans Reach our first visit there was 2019 before Ian. We love the way you got it fixed up! We’re planning on staying there again on our next vacation hopefully next year. Very relaxing and quiet!!!

Staying at Oceans Reach just adds to experiencing the Paradise Sanibel Island offers to its visitors. The beach access is so close and all the rooms Lanais face the beach. The parking is great and the place is spotless.

We’ve been waiting since Hurricane Ian to get back to our favorite vacation place. We have loved Oceans Reach for years and it didn’t disappoint. It was as beautiful as it has always been. A wonderful place to stay. Rooms are beautiful, the grounds are beautiful, just a wonderful place to stay.

This was our 2nd visit to Ocean's Reach (the first was a few months before Hurricane Ian... had to wait till now to return). It is just as nice as before, albeit with a little less greenery due to storms Ian, Milton and Charlie. They've done an excellent job restoring the entire complex inside and out. Everybody employed there is very friendly and helpful. It's very clean and well cared for. All in all, a very enjoyable stay.
One negative that is not Ocean Reach's fault: The multiple hurricanes have left a lot of standing water on Sanibel and Captiva. The result is a massive amount of no-see-um's from dusk to dawn... bring bug spray, and be aware that they can penetrate the lanai screens of the unit.
The no-see-um's and a rainy week diminished our fun a little, but Ocean's Reach is still great.
We felt that our unit this time (1D4) wasn't as well equipped withs dishes and other food prep stuff as our first unit (1C3) was. Just not enough for 4 guests unless you want to run the dishwasher constantly, hence the 3 stars below. Otherwise, the unit was very nice.

We’ve been blessed to vacation at Ocean’s Reach before and after Hurricane Ian. We are grateful that the entire island is recovering. Coming back to freshly completed and an updated condo at OR is exactly what we needed. Sand is white, the water clear, beach wasn’t crowded and the shelling was amazing.

The unit is even better than we hoped. The staff was attentive and quick to respond to our questions. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, the amazing ocean view and access and the convenience of simply stepping outside and walking to the beach in less than two minutes.

We highly recommend Ocean’s Reach rentals. We are already scheduled to return!
