The location of this unit has perfect proximity to water with the pool and the Gulf. The unit was very clean and looked just as the pictures. My family enjoyed the amenities with outdoor games. Location on the island is pretty central so everything felt like a quick drive. A family of 4 with older kids- I would definitely recommend a 2 bedroom. It stated this would accommodate our family but it was extremely tight. The bathroom is quite small. Lesson learned for our family. I would definitely recommend the property.

We absolutely loved our stay - we made a great choice with this unit. Beautiful, clean, plenty of space to relax and settle in for the week. Pool and beach are just steps away and there is plenty to do around the building and island. We will be making this an annual trip! thank you =)

I have been a previous guest at oceans reach for years now. This was our return visit since Hurricane Ian and it was amazing to be back. I know there was vast devastation after the hurricane but it seems the prices have gone up since our last visit..We appreciated the upgrades they have made in the units. It did not disappoint although, I wish the fridge was a little bigger in our unit not alot of space for a family of 4.

We decided to rent a one bedroom since we have always had a two bedroom. It was sufficient but we've been spoiled in the past so it will be a 2 in the future. We love Oceans Reach so we booked a 2 bedroom for early December this year. Everything is great at OR!!

We have stayed in this unit several times in the past. The work done to the unit since Ian is wonderful! Would really like to see a recliner in the unit.
