The location was perfect. We love being on the water, the setting was magnificent. We will be back next year, actually considering staying for 4 weeks.Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time in Sanibel Island staying at a condo at Ocean's Reach Resort. It was a 1 bedroom condo (sleeps 4) and perfect for the 2 of us. Beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything. Beautiful ocean views! Ocean's Reach staff were so nice and very helpful. Highly recommend Ocean's Reach Resort.

This condo was perfect for our 2-person weeklong winter getaway. It is clean, comfortable, quiet, well equipped, and right on the beach. Check in and checkout were problem-free and well organized. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo was beautiful, very clean, and really comfortable. Gorgeous views of the Gulf and pool area. It was so convenient to get to the water or the car and the town. We will definitely choose this condo again!

The I bedroom/bathroom unit was perfect for my husband and me. Kitchen is small but has all one needs. I believe all the condos are beachfront with gulf views. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the pool deck has only 3 umbrellas and people would get out early, put towels, bags, etc to claim table with umbrella and not be at the pool area until later. These people would also go in ( maybe for lunch or break) leaving their items on the table and be gone for hours not letting other people access to the table/umbrella. There is a good number of loungers and would be nice to have some umbrellas for them.
Oceans Reach is well maintained, has several amenities, and is in a good location.
This is my first trip back since May 2022: the island has done a great job cleaning up after hurricane; we enjoyed Doc Fords, Over Easy cafe, and Gramma Dot’s. Unfortunately the Bubble Room had not yet reopened, but we did get some of their desserts to take and enjoy in the condo.
We very much enjoyed our stay and recommend this to anyone who doesn’t need a large space with multiple bedrooms.

We had a such a enjoyable stay at Oceans Reach. The property is very well taken cared of. The ocean view was wonderful and pool very nice. The owner calling us after our initial reservation to tell us about property and things to enjoy while there was that extra needed assurance we made the best decision. Would recommend to other guests.

We had an amazing visit to Sanibel in February. Oceans Reach was even better than how we remembered it. Perfect, quiet location provided beautiful and well-kept grounds with everything you could possibly want or need. The unit itself was very comfortable and exactly as advertised.

Christmas week, with my family in a unit around the corner, was great. So nice being right on the beach, great shelling of course, very pleasant staff. New furnishings were clean and comfortable. Well- equipped kitchen. They seemed to have thought of everything (I would have liked some shampoo, though). But with that being my only suggestion, you can see how nearly perfect it was! Highly recommend!
