We love Oceans Reach! The complex is at an excellent shelling area! The condo renovations are amazing. Clean, comfortable, and it felt like home. OR is very close to shopping & restaurants & whatever else you may need. We look forward to staying again in the future.

The place has such a fantastic view and the seashells were spectacular. We had a blast and would rent again for sure. We already miss the gorgeous sunsets. Every evening, there was a crowd on the beach to enjoy together the beauty of the sunsets. Thanks for such a great time!

We have been visitors to Sanibel for over 40 years and frequently stay at Ocean’s Reach. This was our first actual extended stay on Sanibel since Ian. Ocean’s Reach did not disappoint once again! The construction is complete, and the property is gorgeous. The reservation and check-in processes were painless (the new keyless entries are nice), the office personnel were welcoming and helpful, and the condo was completely redone and well-equipped. We’ve always loved that every condo at Ocean’s Reach is ocean side and, though the resort is smaller, it has every amenity you need.

If you like to shop, you won’t be disappointed as there are plenty of retail stores that are open. Though some of our favorite restaurants, like Cips Place were not open yet, there are still more than enough other choices like Traders, Sanibel Grill, Doc Ford’s, Cielo’s, Lazy Flamingo, Gramma Dot’s, etc. And, of course, the Over Easy and Lighthouse Cafe are open in new locations and as fabulous as always for breakfast. Every one is so friendly and glad to be up and running!

Great location and lovely decor. I’ve stayed in this unit before. Removing the wall between kitchen and living area was genius. Kitchen had everything I needed except for a scissor. Had friends in to play bridge and the little dining table was perfect.

The unit was a one bedroom, so it was small, but perfect for two people. It was clean, welcoming and has a spectacular view, as do all of the Oceans Reach units. Very comfortable. This was our first stay at Oceans Reach and we both agreed we will go back. The storage unit on ground level is a wonderful perk.

We have stayed at Oceans Reach for many years before Hurricane Ian. We have been counting down the days for when we could return and we weren’t disappointed. The condo was beautifully decorated and all amenities were fantastic. The office staff were very welcoming and helpful. Upon our departure we made our reservations for 2026 and can’t wait to return. Oceans Reach you did not disappoint!
