3B3

We stayed in 3B3 during the first week and in 1B2 during the second week. Both condos were comfortable, clean, and encouraged relaxing. We have to say that it was especially wonderful in the 1B2 condo that there were two reclining chairs! That made so much difference in our ability to relax. The property description was almost completely accurate -- with the only exception being that there was not a K-cup coffeepot in the kitchen of 1B2. When I went to the Office, I was given a 'Loaner' to use during that week -- which I made certain to return as we were checking out on Sunday morning. There were two kinds of coffeepots available in 3B3, but only the more traditional coffeepot being available in 1B2.
The property was clean and well maintained -- indoors and outdoors. We enjoyed hanging out at the pool, and walking on the beach, and did a lot of reading. I even took advantage of looking for a book to read in the Little Library out in the yard...and really enjoyed The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah. We each have unusual food preferences, so we always choose to eat in the condo. This is absolutely our ONLY place to stay on Sanibel! We have come to Sanibel off and on for about 30 years! For me, one of the real treats was that from our Lanai in 1B2, the Gulf and the Beach looked almost exactly like what my mind remembered from before the many recent hurricanes. It brought me to tears!
To answer the questions below: We were very satisfied with our stay. Also, very pleased with the property's general condition. The location is Beautiful; it feels Safe; the views are Delightful; it feels Clean; Property management was Friendly, Professional, and Helpful; We have definitely recommended it to friends. My only other comment goes along with my comment above about the desirability of the reclining chairs. Sometimes it gets tiresome sitting on a couch for a week. It was wonderful to have a choice of where to sit!

First of all we were pleased with the upgrades to the unit from our previous stay. The staff was very attentive and helpful as well. We like this location because it is secluded, yet centrally located to most everything. We will definitely stay again. We were glad to be back after a long time away due to the hurrican.

Recommend:
* provide cleaning products under sink etc windex, kitchen lysol
* help to mitigate that there are too many fire ants by the pool.

Ocean’s Reach NEVER disappoints. In the past we have stayed here many times. This was our first stay post Ian. The resort exceeded expectations. Beautifully manicured patio area and property while recovering from Ian. Condo 3B3 is beautifully decorated and had EVERYTHING we needed for our stay. Screened in Lanai overlooked the Gulf. Condo was well stocked. Washer/dryer in condo has always been a plus. We will stay here every time we visit Sanibel.

My wife and I recently enjoyed an absolutely fantastic stay in Unit 3B3 at Oceans Reach, and it was truly the perfect fit for our trip. This condo offered an ideal blend of size and location for a couple's trip. Being a third-floor, beachfront unit, just one building down from the pool, was ideal. We loved that our screen in porch offered nothing but the gentle sound of the Gulf waves – perfect for relaxing under the remote-controlled fan. And don't worry about the three flights of stairs; a convenient elevator is there to spoil you! Stepping into the unit, it was immediately clear that a talented interior decorator had overseen the renovation. Everything was beautifully put together. We also want to give major kudos to the management of Oceans Reach and their contractors. The post-hurricane rebuild has resulted in what feels like a brand-new complex. The convenient island location made quick trips to the grocery store, Doc Ford's, and other local spots incredibly easy. We also appreciated the assigned covered parking space. As first-time visitors to Sanibel, we discovered that a metal mesh sand sifter and swim shoes were game-changers for successful shell hunting! The unit came well-equipped, including complimentary beach chairs. While we weren't sure about every item provided (like a hairdryer), a complete list is available via the link at the end of this review. You might only need to bring beach towels, but even those, along with umbrellas, can be rented from the office. If you're considering a trip to Sanibel, we highly recommend Unit 3B3 and the entire Oceans Reach complex. The staff at Ocean's Reach was always helpful, friendly, and responsive. Our condo was lovely - everything has been remodeled and replaced since the hurricane, and it was all tasteful and comfortable. The few issues we had were addressed right away. The grounds were impeccable.
