The experience far exceeded our expectations. The information received upon arrival was perfectly detailed and accurate. Management was friendly and welcoming upon and after arrival.The facility is exceptionally well maintained - clean and inviting. The unit we had was perfect, including the TVs, kitchen, and beach chairs in the storage unit. The out-of-the-sun parking was a benefit. We loved the pool.
The best part of the experience was that the location made us feel like we had a private beach. The view from the unit was ideal. Very quiet!
We're eager to return next year.
[Two suggestions:1.The unit would benefit from attaching an accordion wooden hat/coat hanger along the long entrance wall for sun hats and beach coverups. 2. Check-out information/details should be in the unit since I didn't read my email the day before packing etc.]
It is an ideal get-away!!!

Our condo 3X2 was just perfect. Very clean, classy decor, well stocked kitchen, and comfy bed. Washer and dryer was a plus. Nice beach front . screened balcony was great and the property location on the beach was was just what we wanted. Parking was easy and the locked closet behind the parking space with beach chairs and umbrella was very convenient. Will return. Loved the coded door lock on the condo

This was our first time back to Sanibel since Hurricane Ian. The entire complex has been restored beautifully. We were on the second floor with a perfect view of the Gulf. Our unit was beautifully decorated and completely stocked with all the essentials. We will be back soon.

This is our first trip back to Sanibel since Ian, we’ve been coming to Ocean’s Reach for over 15 years and are so glad they are reopened. Felt like coming home. The condos haven been beautifully redone and everything from the grounds to the staff was great!
