Description
Newly Renovated UNIT 4A1: This two-bedroom ground floor unit is the perfect seaside retreat for families, as its corner location gives you "first dibs" to the beach!
Coastal colors are infused in the beautiful furnishings throughout, and the brand new kitchen and spacious dining area make you feel like you are swimming in casual luxury. Flat screen TVs featured in all rooms. In-room safe. King bed in master bedroom; two twin beds in guest bedroom. Maximum occupancy: 4 people. Flexible scheduling with just a 4-night minimum between May and Mid December (excluding holidays).
Direct gulf-front views from the lanai and master. Ground-floor corner location means that it's almost like having your own exclusive entrance to the best shelling beach in Florida!
City of Sanibel License: RDWL-011124
Ocean's Reach is a strictly enforced non-smoking/non-vaping property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside condos, on lanais, or anywhere on the property. A designated smoking area is located just beyond the office near the property entrance.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very clean, updated, and exactly as described. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the office staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location truly can't be beat—the beach is just a few steps off the patio.
The only suggestion I have would be to upgrade the kitchen utensils and cookware. They were functional but could use some updating. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we would definitely stay here again!Anonymous from San Antonio - Posted: 7/29/2026

Slice of heaven!

Relaxing comfort
We have stayed in a few different units at Ocean’s Reach and this was so comfortable. From the beds to the living and dining spaces, we had a great stay. Nice Unit

Ocean's Reach is our GO-TO place on Sanibel. Sanibel is our GO-TO place in FL.
Ocean's Reach NEVER disappoints. Staff is on point each & every time. Each unit has a spectacular view of the ocean. There is no unit with a "disappointing" view. Super easy to get spoiled when staying at OR!

We Love Oceans Reach!
I have been coming to Oceans Reach since I was a little girl (35+ years now), and my family had been going well before that. I am now bringing my owns kids; so, to say it’s a source of deep generational joy for us is an understand statement. Oceans Reach is the perfect place for your Sanibel vacation. Steps away from the beach, a nice warm pool, centrally located, access to everything. It is a home away from home, and a place for all ages to relax & enjoy. The resilience of island & Oceans Reach is so appreciated. The updates the did this last restoration period to the rooms is outstanding. Everything is fresh, new & clean.
