Great Office staff and great condo and location. This was our 8th visit to Sanibel in the last few years and this property is now our favorite.

I prefer the eastern side of the island and I have found my perfect Sanibel location. I’ve stayed at a few other complexes, but this is a good fit for my family. It’s a quiet, serene place and I personally wouldn’t recommend for families with very young children. Close to groceries and good restaurants. Lots of shells - enough for everyone!

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at the beach. The condo was as advertised, clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Love those beach sunsets! Sanibel is a magical place and we’re looking forward to a return trip next year.

Beautiful place to spend the week. All the updates are beautiful. So nice to have televisions in both bedrooms. Loved the location. From the screened porch you could view the sunrise and the sunsets were spectacular. Perfect relaxing week

“The unit was spotless, well-stocked, and in an excellent location. Waking up to the breathtaking view of the gulf every morning was a perfect 10. The pool was clean and very well maintained. Staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to any needs. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely return.”

The condo was beautiful and comfortable. Can’t beat the 4th floor corner views. Very quiet, no neighbor noise at all. Beds were very comfortable. Included beach chairs were nice, we left a canopy and some beach toys in the storage closet for guest use.

The condo was perfect! Everything is brand new. The master mattress is quite firm. We had a great time. The only thing that would’ve made it better is if there was a way to control the no-see-ums. They were so bad at certain times, we couldn’t be outside without being attacked. Overall we enjoyed our trip and loved being back on the island since Ian.

We appreciate your note about the no-see-ums - we have found the best practices are to avoid dawn and dusk and to use the spray Picaridin (Amazon). Wonderful condo...all new. Office managers great. Missed one elevator & the pool for a week.
Worst was the no see ums...unrelentless. They were in our condo, car & on the beach. Still recovering from the bites after 2 weeks.

Could not have been any more enjoyable. The physical building, condo we stayed at and all its furniture, appliances and quality were second to none.
In addition the staff and other guests were friendly and helpful the entire time.
