Comprehensively renovated during the last two years, it is beautifully finished with quartz counters, soft- close white shaker style cabinets, wood plank tile throughout, recessed lighting, new stainless steel kitchen appliances, a full size washer and dryer, and coastal furnishings. New AC and new tankless water heater. The building is just steps from the surf... the gentle sound of the waves rolling onto the shell- strewn sandy beach creates an amazing peaceful setting. The beach-front path to the pool is just down the stairs.

Perfect in every way!

Three generations of our family enjoyed a wonderful 2 weeks at Oceans Reach. We booked 2 apartments and both were excellent. Well equipped, gorgeous views and comfortable. Home from home. The staff are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The property is just steps away from a beautiful beach. It is also ideally situated to explore Sanibel by bike. We can’t wait to come back.
