King bed in master bedroom; two twin beds in guest bedroom and a comfortable sofa sleeper in the living room. Maximum occupancy: 6 people. Flexible scheduling with just a 4-night minimum between May and Mid December (excluding holidays).

Gorgeous view!

The condo and facility grounds were immaculate.
We enjoyed wonderful beach walks and hearing the sound of the waves as we relaxed on the lanai.
We will definitely return!

Great location with a beautiful view!

Our experience was excellent. The host sent the access information well before we arrived. The condo and the community were very clean and well maintained. We had lots of kitchen space. Access to and from the condo was easy. The additional amenities, like the beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board, and floaties saved us so much time, energy, and money. The location is 3 minutes from a grocery store and great places to eat. The community was quiet and people we passed were pleasant. They even had dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, and soap available in the condo. We did NOT have to gather our towels and bedding when we checked out and we only had to start the dishwasher. It was also VERY nice to have a covered parking spot. We will definitely stay at Ocean's Reach again. One of our best VRBO experiences.
