Upcoming Property Work | October 26–30, 2026: Concrete work will be taking place during daytime hours in Buildings 2 and 3. Guests may notice occasional noise or minor access adjustments. November 2-19, 2026: Additional concrete maintenance work will be taking place in Building 1. November 30-December 4, 2026: Concrete maintenance work will be taking place on the lanai of unit 3D2. What to Expect During Your Stay:

• Construction Noise: Concrete chipping and other repair activities will create intermittent noise throughout the property.

• Temporary Access Restrictions: Certain walkways, breezeways, and stairwells may be temporarily closed while work is underway. Alternate routes will remain available to access your accommodations.

• Pool & Beach Access: The walkway between Buildings 1 and 2 may be temporarily closed during certain phases of construction. Alternate access routes will be available.

• Changing Work Areas: Multiple crews may be working in different locations simultaneously, making it difficult to predict exactly when individual areas will be affected.
