Halloween on Sanibel

 

The Sanibel Community House will again host its annual Fall Fest as a drive-thru event for the public.

Trick-or-treaters of all ages are invited to drive around the venue on October 31 from 4 to 6 p.m. There will be a handful of candy collection stations, fun games, a costume contest and more.

The Rolling Stones visit Raymond James Stadium in Tampa on Oct. 29 for what some are calling the state’s biggest rock show of the year. Famous explorer Juan Ponce de Leon is believed to have discovered Sanibel Island – which he named “Santa Isybella” after Queen Isabella – in 1513 while searching for his “Fountain of Youth.”
