It’s not too late to put in your dibs for HGTV’s 2021 Smart Home, which just so happens to be located in Southwest Florida this year!
The fully furnished, technologically advanced home located down in Naples will go to the lucky winner of a sweepstakes that ends June 11.
“When we saw that Naples was named the #1 Happiest and Healthiest City in the U.S. by Gallup for the fourth straight year, it was an easy decision to call it home to this year’s HGTV Smart Home,” interior designer Tiffany Brooks said when revealing the locale.
In addition, Southwest Florida fit with HGTV’s overarching goal of choosing a place where the winner could “enjoy all aspects of life year-round and truly live well.” The locale is known for “its stunning natural beauty, tons of outdoor activities, outstanding golf courses, and shopping and dining all right on the coast.”
As for the home’s design, Brooks describes it as a “true smart oasis” capturing the area’s link to wildlilfe and casual luxury vibe.
