Relaxation comes in all shapes and sizes at Ocean’s Reach!
If you’re lucky enough to be here during springtime, be sure to sneak in an ultra-relaxing complimentary Gentle Flowing Yoga class with Ocean’s Reach owner Barb H. from Clarkston, MI.
Barb is a certified ERYT500 teacher and, for the past several years, has been kind enough to offer an outdoors yoga class weekly during the month of March.
Her 25 years of experience definitely shows, as she attentively guides guests to meet the needs of their own individual bodies. In a Gentle Flow Yoga class, poses are held for extended lengths of time, eliminating any confusion about where to move next. This creates an opportunity for newer yogis to absorb the principles and alignment cues essential to yoga. You can ease into it on your own terms, without feeling left behind by a faster-paced flow.
Great for beginners, you’ll find that Gentle Flowing Yoga will increase your flexibiity, strengthen your mobility, deepen your mindfulness and leave you with a heightened sense of overall tranquility. And with Barb as your teacher, you might just find that this practice will transform your life.
Namaste!
We are arriving this Satirday and are very interested in the yoga classes. How do we sign up?
Barb will be hosting a yoga class on Tues, Mar 30 at 10:00a.m. on our Croquet Lawn. Bring a mat or a towel and come down a few minutes early to get settled. Barb does ask that you please wear a mask until you are settled on your mat or beach towel, six fee away from others. Have fun!
